Night Vale time again!

 New Night Vale today! It was good to hear from the glow cloud again (all hail) and the baby glow cloud. Who apparently goes to high school now. (They grow up so fast?) Cecil is not dealing with Carlos' absence very well. His loss of the watercolor painting (and his consent, his identity, his personhood, his mother, his sister, his mysterious brother) like, Cecil's grasp on reality is slim at best. His very realness is at stake. It's a really cool character arc to go through.

The last season was all about external threats. Now, it's all about internal ones. C spoke about how emotional realities and physical realities are equally valid and important. They can differ wildly and can even be at odds with one another. I think June-ish is when each season 'ends' and I'm curious (and terrified) about what the showdown will be. After all, the universe is still unraveling and being eaten at by a bright light.
